Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing,
or using CivicsPrep (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the App.
CivicsPrep is an independent study aid to help you practice for the United
States naturalization (USCIS) civics test. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),
the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. House
of Representatives, or any government agency.
CivicsPrep does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any
professional advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client or any
advisory relationship. The App cannot tell you whether you are eligible for
naturalization, which test version officially applies to your case, what
exemptions you qualify for, or what answer an officer will accept. For advice
about your situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited
representative, and rely on official USCIS guidance at uscis.gov.
We work to keep the study content accurate, but:

The App's software, design, original text, and compilation are owned by Huy Vu /
GLAMRENO LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you
a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for
your own study. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or
its contents except as permitted by law.
The App uses the U.S. Census Bureau geocoding service for the optional
location feature, and links to official sites such as uscis.gov and house.gov.
We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, their content, or
their availability.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how
information is handled. The App stores your data on your device and does not send
your personal information to us.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of
the above may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HUY VU, GLAMRENO LLC, OR
ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR
IMMIGRATION OUTCOME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO
USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT
LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU
PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH MAY BE ZERO).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not
apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huy Vu
and GLAMRENO LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your
violation of these Terms.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. If we
make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and
make the new version available in the App. Your continued use after changes means
you accept them.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your
license if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer
law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you
have as a consumer.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the Apple "Licensed Application
End User License Agreement" (Apple's standard EULA) also applies. In case of
conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs to the extent
required. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or for
providing any support for it, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of
these Terms entitled to enforce them.
